摘 要:[目的]为印度獐牙菜的栽培和野生资源的保护提供理论依据。[方法]2006年8~9月于青海省玉树州实地考察,观察印度獐牙菜的植物学特性;通过人工后熟、低温、吲哚乙酸(IAA)和Na2CO3处理种子,测定种子萌发率。[结果]自然状态下印度獐牙菜种子萌发率低,经人工后熟、低温、IAA和Na2CO3处理后种子萌发率显著提高。[结论]印度獐牙菜种子经不同处理后可以提高萌发率。[ Objective] The research aimed to offer substantial and theoretical foundation for the protection of wild Swertia chirayita Buch. - Ham. [ Method] The botany characteristics of S. chirayita Buch. -Ham. in Yushu State of Qinghai was investigated from August to September in 2006. And the germination rate of seeds was determined after treated with after-ripening, low temperature, IAA, Na2CO3. [ Result ] The results showed that S. chirayita Buch. -Ham. had low rate of germination under natural state, but the germination rate increased obviously after treated with Na2CO3, IAA, low temperature and ripening. [ Conclusion] The germination rate of S. chirayita Buch.-Ham. seeds could be improved after different treatments.
