摘  要:[目的]研究尾矿定居对白茅各组织合成植物络合素的影响。[方法]选取尾矿(污染样地)和未污染区域(对照样地)的一年生白茅,并研究其叶、根、茎、芽和根状茎的植物络合素的含量。[结果]污染地白茅根和根状茎丙二醛含量明显增加,同时植物络合素(PCs)含量明显增加,但是叶、茎和芽的丙二醛含量没有明显变化,其植物络合素(PCs)含量同样没有明显变化。[结论]白茅地下组织受到较多的氧化损伤,其地下组织诱导合成大量植物络合素(PCs),其有效的解毒机制使得地上组织受到较少的氧化损伤。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of the stress of mine tailing environment on the phytochelatins formation of 1. cylindrical. [ Method ] The leaf, root, stem, bud and rhizome of lmperata cylindrical growing on mine tailing (contaminated site) and uncontaminated area ( control site) were studied, and investigated the change of their phytochelatins contents. [ Result ] Results showed that the MDA and phytochelatins contents of roots and rhizomes in I. cylindrical growing on contaminated site had significant increase as compared with those growing on control site, but their contents had no significant change in leaves, stems and buds. [ Conclusion] The results demonstrated that the roots and rhizomes of I. cylindrical endured great oxidative damage, but they produced much phytochelatins to detoxific the toxicity of heavy metals, and made the aboveground tissues endure little oxidative damage.
