摘 要:[目的]研究利用玉米制备多元醇及多元醇使用对环境的影响,为开发利用可再生生物质资源代替传统化石资源提供思路。[方法]采用系统动力学模型,对玉米制备多元醇工艺整个生命周期的温室气体排放、废水、废气、固体废弃物和噪声影响进行了仿真分析。[结果]多元醇制备过程产生的环境影响比重较大;与石油产品多元醇相比,玉米多元醇能够在一定程度上降低能源消耗,减少环境影响。[结论]应积极推进玉米多元醇催化反应、氢裂解反应条件控制等技术改进,以促进新型生物能源的可持续发展。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of the preparation and utivization of corn-based polyol on corn-based polyol on environment, provide the idea for exploiting renewable biomass resources as the substitute for traditional fossil resources. [ Method ] The envi- ronmental impact of corn-based polyol manufacture such as greenhouse gas emissions, waster water, exhaust gas, solid waste and noise pollution were simulated using systemic dynamics models based on life cycle analysis. [ Result ] The results showed that the polyol manufacture process accounted for a large proportion of the environmental impact and com-based polyol could reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution in a certain extent comparing to fossil-based polyol. [ Conclusionl Technology improvements in catalysis and hydrogen decomposition condition control could be achieved to promote sustainable development of new bioenergy.
