摘　　要：分别使用NaOH和固体碱为催化剂,进行酯交换反应制备脂肪酸甲酯,考察了固体碱催化剂的制备并对其性能进行表征,对两种催化剂酯交换反应的工艺条件进行优化,进一步分析了两种催化剂存在下的反应机理。Methyl fatty acid esters were prepared by transesterification with NaOH and solid base as catalysts respectively. The preparation of solid base were examined and the catalyst was characterized. The transesterification conditions using NaOH and KNO3/Al2O3 solid base as catalysts were also optimized respectively. The reaction mechanisms with the two catalysts were analyzed.
