摘 要:为了降低矿用自卸车的自重,提高承载效率,取轮边行星减速器的太阳轮和齿圈的齿数、模数和齿宽为设计变量,以减速器体积最小为优化目标,由模糊可靠性理论设定齿轮的接触强度和弯曲强度的可靠度,并用MatLab 优化工具箱求出其最优解。优化结果表明,在所用材料不改变、保证传动比要求和强度的条件下,使轮边减速器的体积减小16%,重量减少16 kg,驱动桥末端内径可减少11%,这对于减小矿用自卸车行走的惯性、提高其运动的灵活性和装载能力有重要的意义。In order to reduce the weight of mine dump truck, and to raise the load-carrying efficiency, taking the number of teeth, modules and face width of the sun gear and annulus gear of the wheelside planetary reducer as the design variables, and taking the smallest volume of reducer as the optimized objectives, the degree of reliabilities of the contact strength and bending strength of the gears are set based on the fuzzy reliability theory. The optimal solutions are solved by using the optimization toolbox of MatLab. The optimization results show that, under the conditions of the materials unchanged and ensuring the transmission ratio and intensity, the volume of wheel reducer reduces 16%, the weight reduces 16kg, and the inner diameter of the end of drive axle reduces 11%. These have important implications for reducing the walking inertia of the mine dumper truck and improving the flexibility of movement and loading capacity.
