摘  要:针对提升载荷是影响矿井提升安全的重要因素,介绍了一种采用无线传输和虚拟仪器技术构建的提升载荷动态实时监测系统。该系统把采集到的载荷信号以无线方式实时发送给井口的接收模块,控制中心实时处理接收到的数据,并在用LabVIEW编写的上位机上实时显示,发现故障及时报警,并断开安全回路。Contraposing the facts of that the hoisting load is an important factor in impacting the hoisting safety in coal mine, a real-time wireless monitoring system which uses the wireless transmission and virtual instrument technology is introduced. This system sends the collected load signals to the receiving module of wellhead with wireless mode in good time. Then the control center processes the received data and displays on the host computer whose programs have been written with the LabVIEW in real time. When the malfunctions are found, the control center will timely warn and break the security loop.
