锆英石对静态自蔓延合成陶瓷内衬复合管组织结构和性能的影响

摘  要:采用静态自蔓延法制备陶瓷内衬复合管,研究了添加剂锆英石对复合管自蔓延反应过程、陶瓷层组织结构和性能的影响。研究结果表明,添加剂可以改善陶瓷高温流动性,使陶瓷层致密、均匀,与基体钢管的结合性能提高。随着锆英石含量增加,复合管的陶瓷层厚度增加,压溃强度降低。The ceramic-lined composite pipes have been produced by static self-propagating hightemperature syntheses (static SHS) and influences of zirconite are investigated on the course of SHS reactions for the composite pipe, and the organizational structure and property of the ceramic layer. The results show that additives could improve the high-temperature liquidity of ceramics, have the ceramic layer compact and even, and enhance the bonding property with the basic steel pipe. With the content of zirconite increasing, the thickness of the ceramic layer is also increasing, and the crushing strength is decreasing.
