摘  要:简要介绍了QZK18375型曲面筛的工作原理和结构特点,对其所采用的高频率、低振幅运动形式的工艺性能进行了研究和试验分析。采用有限元分析软件ALGOR对其进行了模态分析,根据各阶固有频率及振型的变化情况,说明了其结构的可靠性和工作稳定性。并通过主导模态的分析,探讨了其在工作过程中的应力集中现象。Firstly, the working principle and structure characteristics of the QZK18375-type curved surface screen are briefly introduced. Then the technical performance of the motion forms of high frequency and low amplitude which are used on the QZK18375-type curved surface screen are researched and analyzed. Lastly, the modal analysis on the QZK18375-type curved surface is made by the software of finite element analysis of ALGOR. The reliability of structure and stability of working are explained according to the changing situations of the each step of natural frequencies and the vibration mode. In addition, the phenomenon of stress concentration in the working process is discussed through analyzing of the dominant mode.
