摘　　要：数字医学图像诊断代替了胶片诊断，由此影响诊断质量的因子也发生了变化。医学影像存储与传输系统（PACS）实际构成了数字影像诊断的网络环境，改变了原来孤立的影像设备的质量控制模式。本文探讨PACS诊断质量控制主要环节之一PACS显示系统的关键要求，从显示器的物理要求和显示一致性角度阐明数字影像诊断质量控制的原理和方法要点。The factors that influence the diagnostic quality changed, because of replacing the film diagnosis by the medical imaging diagnosis. Picture archiving and communication system （PACS） has constituted a network environment of digital medical image diagnosis, and that changed the model of quality control of the isolated diagnostic equipments. In this paper, we discuss the key demand of display system, which is one of the main aspects of PACS diagnostic quality control, and illustrate the principles and methods of diagnostic quality control from the physical requirements of the monitor and image consistency.
