成都市某三级甲等综合医院1953～2008年中医门诊诊次变动趋势分析

摘　　要：目的了解综合医院中医门诊诊疗人次的变动趋势。方法对成都市某三级甲等综合医院1953-2008年中医门诊诊次变动趋势进行描述性分析。结果该院中医诊次的绝对数和占总诊次的构成比均呈明显下降趋势（P〈0．05）。结论综合医院中的中医药资源是我国中医药事业的重要组成部分，在继续推进中医机构管理体制、运行机制和服务模式改革的同时。如何有效利用和发挥综合医院中的中医药资源的特色和优势，是各级卫生行政部门和医院管理者应当着重考虑的问题。Objective To present the variation trends of outpatient visits of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） department of a Grade Ⅰ tertiary hospital. Methods Descriptively analyse the variation trends of outpatient visits of TCM department of a Grade Ⅰ tertiary hospital in Chengdu from 1953 to 2008. Results Whether the total amount or the constituent ratio similarly declined sharply （P〈0.05）. Conclusions It should be paid more attention to improving usage efficiency of TCM resources in general hospital, an important part of TCM cause, by health administration department and hospital managers through promoting the reformation of management system, operation mechanism and service model of hospitals.
