莪红片治疗不同证型不稳定型心绞痛100例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察自拟莪红片治疗不同证型不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法应用莪红片为主治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者100例(治疗组),并与常规西药治疗患者100例(对照组)比较。结果两组方法均能缓解不稳定型心绞痛症状,而治疗组疗效优于对照组;治疗组方法能明显改善心电图,减少硝酸甘油用量,改善血液流变性异常,降低血脂。结论莪红片治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切。Objective： To study the effect of Ehong Tablet on different types in unstable angina. Methods： The Ehong Tablet was used in treatment group with 1 O0 patients. And then,it was compared with the control group（ 100 patients） with western medicine. Results： Two groups＇ treatments were used to alleviate the unstable angina symptoms. But the effect of treatment group was significant better than that of control group. The treatment group could not only improve the ECG and reduce the glonoine consumption,but also ameliorate the hemorheology abnormalities and reduce the blood lipids. Conclusion： Ehong Tablet is one of the effective drugs in the treatment of unstable angina peetoris.
