摘 要:对綦江式铁矿石进行了还原焙烧磁选处理的可行性工艺研究,对10~0mm粒级粉矿的技术难题,通过粉矿造球还原焙烧磁选试验,在粉矿中加入一定比例的粘合剂,使用中、低压压球机、将粉矿冷压成球后入竖式焙烧炉还原焙烧,为充分利用重庆市境内1.5亿t綦江式铁矿石资源,提高经济效益提供了可行的技术方案。The feasibility process study of reducing roast and magnetic separation treatment for Qijiang-type iron ores was conducted. The pelletization, reducing roast and magnetic separation tests of fine ores solved the technical problem of 10 -0mm fine ores. A certain of binder was added in the fine ores. A medium-pressure ball press and a low-pressure ball press were used to pelletize the fine ores in a cold pressing method and then the fine ores were treated with the reducing roast method in a shaft-type roaster furnace. It provides feasible technical schemes to sufficiently utilize Qijiang-type iron ore resources of 150 million tons and to increase economic benefits.
