摘  要:针对葛洲坝二号船闸叠梁门结构,按照行业标准,采用有限元方法进行了振动时效工艺参数的数值模拟,给出了叠梁门结构前5阶固有频率、振型和振幅频率曲线,得到了振动时效减小叠梁门结构焊接残余应力的重要工艺参数。该研究方法和结论为大型箱形梁结构及其它重大焊接构件振动时效工艺参数确定提供了有价值的参考意见。Numerical simulation on the process of determining technological parameters of vibratory aging treating the stop-log structures in the Gezhouba No.2 navigation lock was made with finite element method according to the industrial standard.The forth five steps' natural frequencies and mode shapes were given as well as the curves of amplitude-frequency.Important technological parameters which are available for reducing the residual stresses of stop-log structure were also obtained.Some valuable refer-ences of determining technological parameters of vibratory aging treating for the large-sized box-section beam structures and some other momentous welding parts were provided through the research method and by the conclusions。
