铜电解始极片剪板装置的分析及改进

摘　　要：首先介绍了铜电解始极片的生产工艺。为提高始极片的质量,提出并改进了剪板装置,使生产出的始极片达到了两端平整,尺寸统一,外形美观的要求。同时,使得始极片的生产流水线化,节省了生产时间,提高了生产效率,从而更好地满足了生产实践需要。The producing technology process of the copper electrolysis starting sheet is introduced firstly.And then,in order to raise the quality of the starting sheet,cutting device is put forward and im-proved.As result,the size and appearance of the starting sheet reach uniform,neat and beautiful.At same time,the improvement makes the producing process assemblization,and saves the producing time,and in-creases the producing efficiency.
