混联机床造型设计与色彩心理效应

摘　　要：在了解现在数控机床的色彩的现状的基础上,以混联高速五面五轴加工中心的色彩设计为研究对象,研究色彩理论在机床设计中的对人的情感因素及心理效应分析,将色彩的系统理论应用于机床造型设计之中。分析现代数控机床的色彩所存在的问题,提出数控机床的色彩设计原则,在色彩设计分析和研究试验过程中,以孟赛尔和奥斯特瓦德的色彩理论解决机床产品造型的色彩调和,对混联机床色彩设计过程分析,得出色彩设计定位、色彩调整、色彩评价等三个方面的主要作用及色彩与人的心理情感效应分析。Based on the status quo of the color of CNC machine tools,analyse the problems of the color of CNC machine tools,put forwad design principles of the color of the CNC machine tools,including the principle of functionality,the principle of human-machine coordination,the principle of meeting envi-ronmental,in line with the principle of aesthetic,in line with the principle of the aesthetic needs of the times,the principle of economy,the principle of meeting the requirement of corporate image,in line with the different the principle of color preferences in different countries and regions.
