摘　　要：目的:探讨住院精神病患者拒绝服药的原因及护理干预措施。方法:自制拒绝服药原因调查表,由护师以上职称的护理人员对被评者采用面谈和观察法逐项填写再进行统计学分析。结果:患者拒绝服药的原因与疾病因素、服药重要性的认识、药物不良反应、社会心理因素等密切相关。护理干预措施可以促使患者将药服下。结论:及时查明患者拒绝服药的原因,针对原因采取综合性干预措施,能促使患者将药顺利服下。Objective：To investigate the psychiatric patients the reasons for refusing medication and nursing interventions. Methods ： of self - medication reasons for refusing the questionnaire by the nursing division titles more than the nursing staff being evaluated using interviews and observation method with complete itemized conducting statistical analysis. Results： The patient refused medication because of disease factors, awareness of the importance of medication, drug side effects, social and psychological factors are closely linked. Nursing interventions can promote the drug dose in patients. Conclusions： timely identification of patients with the reasons for refusal to take the medication for the reasons for an integrated intervention patients will be able to promote a smooth dose of medicine.
