摘　　要：带下病之病因病机从古至今诸多医家颇多论述,笔者追古溯源,从带脉论治,综而论之,以求完备。带下为女性阴道排出的一种阴液,色白或无色透明,其性黏而不稠,其量适中,无特殊臭气,津津常润,是正常的生理现象,称生理性带下,俗称白带。王孟英在《沈氏女科辑要》:"带下,女子生而既有,津津常润,非本病也。"为生理性带下。In all ages, there are many statements about etiology and pathogenesis of vaginal discharge diseases. We traced the ancient theories and discussed this disease based on Dai Channel in order to get a complete review. Leucorrhea, discharged from vagina in a moderate amount, is white or transparent without any special odor which can make the vagina moist. It is a normal physiological phenomenon. It is said in Shen＇s Synopsis of Women＇s Diseases written that normal leueorrhea is a physiological discharge for women to moisten the vagina and is called physiological leucorrhea.
