摘　　要：低血压是血液透析最常见的并发症,不及时纠正常会引起严重的后果,甚至危及患者生命,因此,在血透的过程中及时纠正或透析前进行积极的预防低血压的发生尤为重要。不少研究报道中医药在防治血液透析相关性低血压有较好的效果。对中医药防止血液透析相关性低血压的研究进行综述,以全面的了解当前中医药防治血液相关性低血压的状况。Hypotension is the most common complication of hemodialysis. It will easily bring serious results and even threaten the life of the patients ff it is not cured timely. Therefore, it is very important to cure the hypotension during the treatment of hemodialysis or actively prevent the hypotension before hemodialysis. In many research reports, traditional Chinese medicine has good effect in preventing hemodialysis correlative hypotension. The purpose of this thesis is to have an overview on the research in the prevention of traditional Chinese medicine for hemodialysis correlative hypotension, which helps to comprehensively understand the present status of this field.
