摘　　要：目的:观察麻桂各半汤治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法:用麻桂各半汤治疗慢性荨麻疹30例与对照组口服氯苯那敏对比分析疗效。结果:麻桂各半汤治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效明显优于对照组,总有效率86.7%(P<0.05)。结论:麻桂各半汤治疗慢性荨麻疹有较好疗效。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of MaGui half soup in treating patients with chronic urticaria. Methods ： Half and half with MaGui Decoction for 30 cases of chronic urticaria and the control group was treated with comparative analysis of efficacy of chlorpheniramine. Results ： The clinical efficacy of Ma Gui half soup in treating patients with chronic urticaria much better than the contral group, the tot,＇d effective rate 86.7%（P〈0.05）. ConcIusion： MaGui half soup the treatment of chronic urticaria has good ourative effect.
