手法治疗寰枢关节紊乱综合征之颈肩背痛临床观察

摘　　要：颈肩背痛是临床上较为常见的症状,可有多种原因引起,环枢关节紊乱是其重要原因之一,在临床上容易被忽视,对30例环枢关节紊乱引起的颈肩背痛患者,施以特定的手法治疗,观察其临床疗效。通过按揉法等手法治疗取得了很好的疗效。Neck and shoulder pain is a kind of common symptom in clinical,which can caused by a variety of reasons,and Atlanto-axial Joint Disorder is one of the important reasons,and the neck and shoulder pain is easily overlooked in clinical.Now we especially on 30 cases of neck and shoulder back pain patients caused by Atlanto-axial Joint Disorder,subject to specific treatment methods,to observe the clinical efficacy. Through pressing-lifting manipulation as the treatment method achieved very good results.
