摘　　要：目的探讨总结经尿道前列腺电气化切除术并发症的产生原因及防治措施,以提高经尿道前列腺电气化切除术的治疗效果。方法对265例良性前列腺增生症患者行经尿道前列腺电气化切除术,随访3～6个月,观察并处理经尿道前列腺电气化切除术的并发症。结果 265例经尿道前列腺电气化切除术的并发症有:术中出血严重改开放手术4例,电切综合征先兆1例,前列腺包膜穿孔2例,膀胱破裂1例;术后尿道狭窄10例,尿潴留2例,继发出血4例,反复血尿23例,短期术后尿失禁11例。结论重视并加强围手术期的处理,提高电气化手术技巧,能有效减少并防治经尿道前列腺电气化切除术的并发症,提高疗效。Objective To investigate complications and corresponding measures of prevention and cure in transurethral electrovaporization of prostate （ TVP）, so as to enhance the effect of TVP on benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）. Methods 265 patients with BPH underwent transurethral electrovaporization of prostate,and were followed up from 3 to 6 months after operation. The complications were recorded and seriously treated. Results During TVP, 4 cases were retreated by conventlonal Open surgery because of severe hemorrhage ; 1 case manifested anra of transurethral resection syndrome ; 2 cases suffered from perforation of capsula prostatica; 1 case was rupture of bladder. After TVP, 10 cases were postoperative urethral stricture; 2 cases were urinary retention; 4 cases suffered from secondary hemorrhage; 23 cases showed blood urine repeatedly; 11 eases manifested urine incontinence. Conclusion Management around TVP should be emphasized, and good skill of operation may lower incidence rate of TVP complications.
