摘　　要：目的探讨肺包虫囊肿外膜内外囊切除术在手术治疗肺包虫囊肿中的应用。方法回顾性分析手术治疗肺包虫囊肿24例的临床资料及其术式的可行性。结果 24例全部治愈,行内囊穿刺摘除术者29.17%,行完整内囊摘除术者25.00%,行外囊切除者4.16%,行楔形切除术者16.68%,行肺叶切除术者4.16%,行外膜内外囊切除术者20.83%。结论肺包虫囊肿外膜内外囊切除术符合最大限度保留功能性肺组织的原则,且解决了残腔及术中种植复发的问题,其术式是可行的。Objective To investigate the application of total subadventitial eystectomy in the treatment of pulmonary hydatid cysts. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data and the feasibility of the surgical mode of 24 eases of lung hydatid cyst. Results All the 24 cases were cured, with endocystectomy 54. 17% , cystectomy 4. 16%, wedge resection of lung 16. 68%, lobectomy 4. 16%, and total subadventitial cystectomy 20. 83%. Conclusion Total subadventitial cystectomy is suitable for retaining maximum functional lung tissue, and the residual cavity and planting recurrence of the problems are solved. The operatoin is feasible.
