高效液相色谱法测定β-甲基萘醌的含量

摘　　要：为了在生产上在线快速准确测定β-甲基萘醌的质量浓度,采用高效液相色谱法对β-甲基萘醌及其杂质进行分离,同时采用外标法制定β-甲基萘醌的标准工作曲线,进一步定量测定样品中β-甲基萘醌的质量浓度。测定结果为,β-甲基萘醌质量浓度在0-0.4 mg/mL呈良好线性关系,R=0.9993,最大相对误差仅为0.53%,RSD值为1.21%。In order to fast and accurately on line measure the quality concentration of β-methylnaph-thoquinone in the process of production, β-methylnaphthoquinone and other impurities were separated by HPLC and a standard curve of β-methylnaphthoquinone was made through external standard method, which was followed by calculating the content of β-methylnaphthoquinone of sample. The determination results：β-methylnaphthoquinone within the concentration range of 0 - 0.4 mg/mL shows good linear relationship, R = 0. 999 3, the maximum relative error was only 0.53 % with RSD value of 1.21%.
