摘　　要：目的分析服药期间献血者对受血者血液质量的影响。方法依据药物动力学方法测定的体内消除半衰期t1/2β，血药达峰时间tmax，及对其有特殊药理作用的药物及疾病本身因素情况进行分析。结果依据部分药物在献血者体内有效清除时间，计算出献血者用药后安全时间。结论对近期药物治疗的献血者进行安全筛选，从而可有效排除药物对受血者影响因素。Objective The purpose of this essay is to analyze whether and the extent to which donated blood is influenced by the fact that the donor is taking medicine. Methods The research method we took is to compute the t1/2β ,the tmax and to analyze the medicines for special illness and the illness itself. Results Based on the time it takes for medicine to fade in donor＇s body, the safe time for transfusion after medicine taking can be calculated. Conclusion That the selection to blood donor who has recently taken medicine is very useful to prevent negative effects of medicines to blood acceptant.
