窄叶鲜卑花促消化作用的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究窄叶鲜卑花(俗称:柳茶)的促消化作用。[方法]将小鼠或大鼠随机分为正常对照(对照)组,窄叶鲜卑花高、低剂量(高、低剂量)组,给药后测定动物的胃甲基橙残留率,小肠推进率,胃蛋白酶活性,胆汁分泌量及利血平型脾虚小鼠的体重和游泳时间。[结果]窄叶鲜卑花能显著降低小鼠胃甲基橙残留率,提高小肠推进率;显著增强大鼠胃蛋白酶活性并增加胆汁分泌量;同时使脾虚小鼠的体重明显增加,游泳时间延长。[结论]窄叶鲜卑花具有助消化作用。[Objective]To study the effects of Sibiraea augustata （Liu Tea） on improving digestive function. [Methods]The experimental mice were randomly divided into three groups： Normal control group, High-does group and low-does group of Sibiraea augustata. The remnant rate of methyl orange in stomach, the small intestine propulsion rate, the activity of pepsin and the secretiae propulsion rate were detected after gavaging Liu Tea into the stomach. The weight and swimming time in spleen difficieney mice induced by subcutuaneous injection reserpine were measured. [Results]Sibiraea augustata decreased the remnant rate of methyl orange in stomach and increased the small intestine propulsion rate in mice. It also increased the activity of pepsin and the secretion content of bile in rats, and increased the weight and prolonged the swimming time in spleen difficiency mice. [Conclusion]Sibiraea augustata can markedly improve digestion function.
