摘　　要：基于城市物流规划的理论和实践现状,分析了我国城市物流规划存在的问题,构建了以城市对外物流联系和内部物流关系为基础的城市物流规划理论框架体系。In view of the theory and practice of urban logistics planning, the paper studies the problems in Chinese urban logistics planning and constructs a theoretical framework of urban logistics planning based on the urban internal and external logistics connections.
