摘　　要：从广义的风险管理角度出发,对军事物流外包风险进行了识别,总结了外包风险定量评估方法,重点介绍了军事物流外包风险模糊综合评估模型,并在此基础上构建了军事物流外包风险预警系统框架,为军事物流外包风险管理工作提供了新的思路。The paper identifies the risks in military logistics outsourcing, summarizes the quantitative evaluation methods of the risks, focuses on the introduction of the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model for the risks in military logistics outsourcing and establishes a risk warning system framework for military logistics outsourcing.
