摘 要:部分混凝土重力坝的纵缝,在灌浆后会出现继续张开的现象,给大坝的安全带来隐患。以某大型水电站泄洪坝段为研究对象,通过仿真方法分析坝体变形和纵缝开度变化。通过整理、分析纵缝开度的实测资料和钻孔录像检查缝面的接触状态。对三者的对比分析表明:纵缝在灌浆后张开的主要影响因素为外界气温;开度总体呈现夏季大、冬季小的周期性变化规律;随着水库蓄水位的升高,增开度总体减小,仍随气温变化;大部分区段纵缝的斜面闭合,上下游坝块之间通过键槽起到传力作用;灌浆后再张开的纵缝不进行灌浆处理不会影响大坝的安全运行。Some longitudinal joints of gravity dam expand continuously even after grouting,which will be harmful to the dam safety.Taking a spillway section as an example,the paper presents the research on dam deformation and opening of longitude joints by simulation through analysis on observed data of longitudinal joints.The result shows that,external temperature is the main influential factor for expansion of longitudinal joints after grouting;opening variation is of a periodic rule that larger in summer and smaller in winter,and decreases with rising of storage level totally;most oblique surfaces of longitudinal joints closed,and the forces are transmitted through keyways.The safe operation of dam will not be affected by re-expansion of the longitudinal joints that have been treated with grouting.
