摘 要:为了同时测定卷烟主流烟气粒相物和气相物pH值,研究了抽吸烟支数、抽吸容量、萃取液或吸收液浓度和体积、萃取振荡时间、萃取振荡频率以及空白萃取液和吸收液的酸碱性对粒相物和气相物pH值测定结果的影响。结果表明:①适宜条件为吸烟机抽吸容量40mL,抽烟支数15支;烟气粒相物萃取液50%异丙醇水溶液;萃取液体积80mL,振荡频率175r/min,振荡萃取时间30min,烟气气相物吸收液50%异丙醇水溶液,吸收液体积100mL;②方法的RSD为0.20%~0.27%;③空白萃取液和吸收液呈碱性,对烟气粒相物和气相物pH值测定值均有影响。该方法可用于烟气粒相物和气相物pH值的测定。In order to determine pH values of particulate matter (PM) and vapor phase matter of mainstream cigarette smoke (MS) , the influences of the number of cigarette smoked, puff volume, concentration and volume of extraction or absorption solutions, time and frequency for oscillation extraction, acidity and basicity of blank extraction and absorption solutions on pH determination were studied. The results were as follows : 1 ) the proper conditions were puff volume 40 mL, cigarette number 15; extraction solution 50% isopropyl alcohol-water solution, extraction volume 80 mL, oscillation frequency 175 r/min, extraction time 30 minutes; and absorption solution 50% isopropyl alcohol-water solution, volume 100 mL; 2) the relative standard deviation of the method was from 0.20% to 0.27% ; 3) the blank extraction solution and absorption solution presented alkaline, both of them affected the pH measurement of PM and vapor phase of MS. This method is suitable for the determination of pH values of PM and gas phase of MS.
