摘  要:为了快速测定烟草中的蛋白质氮含量,利用烟草可溶性蛋白在0.5%热醋酸中发生沉淀的性质,先用0.5%热醋酸萃取出烟草可溶性氮中的非蛋白质氮,再用连续流动法测定,并由烟草总氮量减去非蛋白质氮量计算烟草的蛋白质氮含量。结果表明:该方法的变异系数(CV)小于3%;在90%的置信区间内,其测定值与现有的标准方法没有显著差异:t=1.082<t0.1,15=1.753。In order to determine the protein nitrogen in tobacco fast, the non-protein nitrogen in soluble nitrogen was extracted from tobacco sample with heated 0.5% acetic acid, in which soluble proteins in tobacco precipitated, and then determined with a continuous flow analyser. The protein nitrogen content in tobacco was figured out by subtracting the determined non-protein nitrogen from total nitrogen. The results showed that the CV of the method was less than 3%. There was no significant difference between the values determined by this method and current industry standard method at the confidence interval of 90%.
