摘　　要：简要介绍了基于性能抗震设计理论的基本框架,以及4种基于性能的抗震设计方法,即按延性系数设计法、能力谱方法、直接基于位移的方法和能量分析法,并讨论了基于性能的抗震设计中需要解决的几个问题,以完善建筑结构抗震设计。The basic frame based on property aseismic design theory and four aseismic design methods based on property were introduced simply,which were ductility factor design method,energy spectrum method,the method direct based on displacement and energy analysis method.Several need resolved problems in aseismic design based on properties were discussed,so as to complete building structure aseismic design.
