哈尔滨开放式公园的管理对策研究——以斯大林公园为例

摘　　要：公园是城市公共生活的载体,在改善生态环境,提高人们生活质量等面发挥着极大作用。公园实行开放式管理,在给市民带来巨大好处的同时,公园自身也面临着资金紧张、管理难度加大等巨大压力。本文以哈尔滨城市开放式公园为研究对象,在对国内外开放式公园进行总结的基础上,以哈尔滨典型开放式公园—斯大林公园为例进行案例分析,实地调查,从经济管理和游人行为角度出发,找出公园管理中存在的突出性问题,最后对哈尔滨开放式公园的管理提出对策与建议。The Park is the carrier of urban public life,which plays a significant role in ameliorating the ecological environment and improving people＇s quality of life.Parks which exercise open administration bring enormous benefits to the citizens,implementation of open management,has brought enormous benefits to the public at the same time,the park itself is also faced with the great pressure of financial constraints and more management difficulties.In this paper,author takes the open park of Harbin as the research object,on the basis of summing up the open park at home and abroad,taking the typical open-park of Stalin Park in Harbin as an example to analyse and field surveys,from the point of economic management and tourist behaviors,to find out the existing outstandingly issues of view acts of management,and visitors to identify the prominent park management issues.Finally,proposing measures and advice on the management of the open-parks in harbin.
