摘  要:目的探讨围术期磁场环境对行经蝶垂体瘤切除手术患者的血清超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)活力、丙二醛(malon-dialdehyde,MDA)及一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)含量的影响。方法选取16例经蝶垂体瘤切除患者,ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级,随机分为曝磁组(M组)和对照组(C组),每组8例。M组围术期曝露在150 mT磁场环境下,C组围术期则未曝露在磁场环境下。两组分别于诱导前(T0)、诱导后即刻(T1)、诱导后70 min(磁场暴露60 min)(T2)及诱导后130 min(磁场暴露120 min)(T3)抽取动脉血,测定血清SOD活力、MDA和NO含量。结果在150 mT的磁场暴露120 min后曝磁组的血清SOD活力高于对照组(P<0.05),曝磁组的血清MDA含量低于对照组(P<0.05),同时曝磁组的NO含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论磁场可以使经蝶垂体瘤切除术患者的血清SOD活力和NO含量增加并降低其MDA含量。Objective To study the effect of magnetic field on serum activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), content of malon-dialdehyde (MDA)and content of nitric oxide (NO)in patients undergoing operation for pituitary Tumor. Methods Sixteen ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients undergoing pituitary tumor surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into 2 groups (n = 8 each) : magnetic field group (M) and control group (C). Patients in magnetic field group were exposed in 150 mT magnetic field during the operation period. Blood samples were taken from radial artery for determination of serum SOD,MAD and NO before induction of anesthesia(T0 , baseline) , after induction(T1 ) ,70 rain after induction(exposed in magnetic field for 60 min) (T2)and 130 rain after induction (exposed in magnetic field for 1:20 rain) (T3). Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in age, sex (M/F ratio), body weight, body height, duration of operation and duration of anaesthesia. The serum activity of SOD and content of NO were significantly higher at T3 in group M than that in group C, and the serum content of MDA was lower at T3 in group M than that in group C. Conclusions The magnetic field not only increases serum SOD activity and the content of NO in patient undergoing operation for pituitary tumor,but also reduces the content of MDA in them.
