摘　　要：三聚氰胺作为化工原料主要应用于工业生产中,但被添加入食品中,影响人体健康,针对三聚氰胺危害,本文介绍了目前国内有关三聚氰胺的一般检测方法:苦味酸法和升华法、电位滴定法、GC-MS测定法、HPLC测定法、液相色谱串联质谱法等。The melamine which is an important chemical material is applied for industrial production.It impacts on human health if it is added into the food.This paper introduced common detection method of the melamine, including picric acid and sublimation method,potentiometric titration,GC-MS determination,HPLC determination, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and so on.
