摘　　要：该系统作为银行办公自动化系统的一部分,与已有的交易信息记录系统对接,处理上游每天产生的大量交易数据,解析特定的统一数据格式,按照数据中包含的商户号对数据进行拆分并分别写入PDF文档,同时对生成的PDF进行加密和打水印的处理,最后通过电子邮件以附件形式将商户的交易明细表发送到商户的信箱。运行结果表明,该系统能满足用户的需求,达到提高办公效率的目的。This system is part of OAS of banks, connecting the trade record system and dealing daily trading data. This system will parse specific and uniform data format and split data by the IDs of customers, and write them into PDF format documents separately. Meanwhile, all PDF documents will be encrypted and added watermark in. Finally, this system will attach the PDF documents into E-mail as attachment and send them to customers＇ addresses. Running result shows that this system satisfies users＇ demand and achieves the aim of improving work efficiency.
