摘 要:简述了板坯辊缝静态收缩的原理和作用,通过对压下区间的选择和各段压下量控制配比的研究,重新确定了新的板坯辊缝收缩方案并对其使用效果进行了比较。通过在实际生产中的应用使得铸坯的中心偏析级别明显降低,中心疏松消除,内部质量得到改善;铸坯轧后性能检验合格率得到提高,试样拉伸后产生的中心分层问题得到解决,取得了满意效果。The present paper briefly describes the principles and functions of roll gap static shrinkage, By study on the reduction zone choosing and reduction control proportioning of each segment a few of new plans of roll gap shrinkage are determined and their utilizing effects are compared. In the practical production it's proved that the level of central segregation of the slab is prominently lowered and the central porosity removed and thus the internal quality of the slab improved and the quality rate of the post rolled slab raised and the problem of central lamellation of solved and the satisfactory results achieved.
