摘　　要：随着小流域治理与开发一体化的推进．小流域经济推向了市场，区域经济得到了较快的发展，群众关注的中心由解决温饱到致富达小康。以乌盟永定河流域重点治理两期成效及治理特点为例，结合这几年的工作体会，探讨治理开发小流域，发展小流域经济的途径和方法，以阐明发展小流域经济是使山区群众脱贫致富的根本出路。The small watershed economy is pushed towards the market along with harnessingand exploiting small watershed valley as a whole, the regional economy make great develop ment,the problem concentrate on impovement of people's life. Taking the two periods achievements of Yongding river basin harnessment of Wu district and control characteristics as an ex ample,combined with several years experiences, the way and method of developing small watershed economy are discussed,the author elaborated that developing small watershed economy isthe essential way to improve people's life in mountain area.
