摘　　要：目的观察腰痹通胶囊对脊柱手术患者术后恢复的影响。方法将脊柱手术患者130例分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组术后常规治疗同时给予腰痹通胶囊口服,对照组患者仅给予常规治疗。对2组患者治疗后主观症状、临床体征和日常活动受限度进行JOA评分,并测定WBC、N%、CRP、ESR水平。结果术后治疗组与对照组比较JOA评分及优良率有显著性差异(P均<0.01);WBC、N%、CRP、ESR与对照组比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论腰痹通胶囊能够减少炎症反应,促进功能恢复,缩短康复期,用药期间未发现毒副作用及不良反应。Objective It is to observe the influence of Yaobitong capsule on postoperative recovery of spinal surgery patients. Methods 130 spinal surgery patients were divided into therapy group and control group. After operation management, the patients were given common treatment and Yaobitong capsule in therapy group, and were given common treatment only in control group. The JOA score of rational symptom and signs and activities of daily living were observed, and the levels of WBC, N% , CRP and ESR were measured. Results There were very significant differences on JOA score and improvement rate in both groups （P 〈 0.01 ） ; and there were significant differences on levels of WBC, N% , CRP and ESR in both groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yaobitong capsules can reduce local inflammatory reaction, promote functional rehabilitation, and shorten the period of rehabilitation. During the treatment we have not found any side and adverse effect.
