摘 要:低温封接玻璃是一种先进的焊接材料,由于其具有较低的熔化温度和封接温度、优良的机械强度和化学稳定性,因此其在很多领域中得到广泛应用。当前使用的低温封接玻璃中氧化铅的含量高,对环境污染严重,硼酸盐体系低温封接玻璃可以彻底解决这些问题。介绍了硼酸盐在低温封接玻璃中的应用,硼酸盐在低温封接玻璃中既是主要原料也是助熔剂及改性剂。中国硼资源丰富,而且硼酸盐低温封接玻璃性能良好、附加值高,因此硼酸盐低温封接玻璃发展前景广阔。Low-melting sealing glass is an advanced sealing material, which is widely used in many fields due to its low melting temperature and sealing temperature, excellent mechanical strength and chemical stability. Content of lead monoxide is high in the current low-mehing sealing glass. So it does harm to environment badly. Low-melting sealing glass with borate system can resolve these problems thoroughly. Application of borate in low-melting sealing glass was introduced. Borate was used not only as the main raw material of low-melting sealing glass, but also as the fluxing agent and modifier. Resource of borate is abundance in China and borate low-melting sealing glass will has a promising development prospect due to its excellent performance and higher additive value.
