摘 要:以铝酸钙矿粉为原料,采用碱溶—中和聚合—中温熟化工艺制备了高聚十三铝(简称A l13)含量的聚合氯化铝。应用X射线衍射(XRD)仪对产品中铝的形态进行了表征,采用A1-Ferron逐时络合比色法、电感耦合等离子体质谱分析(ICP-MS)以及其他化学分析法对产品中的A l13含量、三氧化二铝含量、盐基度、杂质元素含量进行了测定。从水的浊度去除率、残留铝离子质量浓度两个方面对不同形态铝的聚合氯化铝产品对水的处理效果进行了比较。XRD测定结果表明:产品中的铝主要以A l13(OH)25C l15的形式存在。化学分析结果表明:产品中的三氧化二铝质量分数为16.5%、A l13质量分数大于95%;高A l13含量的聚合氯化铝对应的盐基度为78.5%;水的浊度去除率高达98.5%,残留铝离子质量浓度为0.08 mg/L。制备的A l13形态聚合氯化铝产品达到食品及日用化妆品添加剂用铝盐的标准。Polyaluminium chloride(PAC) containing high concentration poly 13 aluminum(Al13) was prepared using calcium aluminiate ore powder as main raw material by the technology of alkai dissolve-neutralization polymerization-medium temperature slaking.Morphology of aluminium in the product was characterized by XRD.Contents of Al13,Al2O3,and impurities as well as basicity were tested by using Al-Ferron time complex colorimetic method,ICP-MS,and other chemical analysis methods.Effects in the remove rate of turbidity and residual aluminum ion mass concentration in disposed water by using PAC products with different Al morphologies were compared. Results of XRD showed that Al was mainly existed in the form of Al13 (OH)25C115. Chemical tested results indicated that the content of Al203 was 16.5% and All3 was more than 95.5% respectively;basicity of PAC with high concentration Al13 was 78.5% ;turbidity remove rate of disposed water was up to 98.5% ;and residual Al3+ mass concentration was 0.08 mg/L. Prepared PAC containing high concentration All3 measured up to the standard of aluminium salt additive in medicine and daily cosmetics.
