摘  要:介绍了间歇法工业生产氟硅酸钠过程中添加晶种对氟硅酸钠结晶的影响。按照是否添加晶种以及原料酸、盐的加入方式进行了6组工业试验,对6种反应模式所对应的氟硅酸钠样品进行了X射线衍射和透射电镜分析,找出了优化的晶种添加数量。研究结果表明:通过优化间歇法氟硅酸钠生产工艺,可以生产出满足不同客户要求的优质产品。推荐采用添加晶种、酸和盐按比例同时加入的半连续法,推荐采用这种方法可以生产出细沙状的氟硅酸钠产品。Effect of seeding on industrial batch crystallization of sodium fluosilicate was introduced. Six groups of opitimization tests were carried out and recorded in detail according to whether adding seed crystal or not and the feeding modes of acid and salt. A number of different crystalline samples from the six reaction modes were analyzed via XRI) and TEM and opitimized amount of seeding was found. Research results showed that the good quality product could be prepared and meet the requirement of different customers through the optimized batch crystallization of sodium fluosilicate. A sand-like sodium fluosilicate product could be produced by the semicontinuous method i. e. by seeding and adding acid and salt simultaneously and proportionally.
