摘  要:本文采用聚丙酰胺凝胶电泳法测定两种胡枝子种子的酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶酶的谱。分析了种间和种内异形种子间同工酶酶谱的差异,并且对种子硬实率与酶活性的关系进行了分析。结果表明,两种胡枝子种子的酯酶同工酶酶谱和过氧化物同工酶酶谱及酶活性存在明显种间差异。而二色胡枝子两种颜色种子同工酶酶谱及酶活性差异不明显,过氧化物酶同工酶虽有差异,但差异不如酯酶明显。因此认为,酯酶可以作为胡枝子属亲缘关系及基因多样化研究重要标准。Isozyme zymograms of peroxidase and esterase from seeds of two species of Lespedeza Michx were tested by adopting PAGE (polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis).The differences on the isozyme zymograms of the heterochosis seeds of the intraspecies and interspecies were analysed and relations between hardseededness rates and enzyme activities were analysed , too. The results showed that there were significant differences between the esterases ,the peroxidase zymograms and the enzyme activities in the two species of L .Michx. But there was no significant difference between isozyme zymograms and the enzyme activities of the seeds with different colours in L.bicolor Turcz. The difference between the esterases is more significant than that between the peroxidases. It can be concluded that it is an important standard to use esterase isozyme for studying the gene variation and the genetic relationship of L. Michx.
