摘　　要：集群企业创新动力的开发是推动创新成功的关键。从知识合作剩余概念的界定入手,分析了集群企业创新优势的源泉,并在剖析集群企业知识合作剩余产生来源和作用的基础上,提出了基于知识合作剩余的集群企业创新动力模型。为引导集群企业创新和提高区域创新能力提供了一种思考的方法。Dynamic factor of cluster enterprise is the key for innovation success. The paper introduces the concept of knowledge cooperation surplus, analyses the knowledge cooperation surplus s source and function of cluster enterprise, and puts forward the innovation dynamic model of cluster enterprise based on knowledge cooperation surplus. It provides a method to guide cluster enterprise innovation and improve region innovation ability.
