正确处理党内主要矛盾的制度创新——以利益为视角

摘　　要：在新的历史时期,由于党的地位、任务与党的建设环境、历史方位发生了深刻变化,党内主要矛盾也出现了与过去完全不同的新变化,利益矛盾成为党内主要矛盾。制度、体制的缺陷,是党内矛盾产生的最重要的根源。要正确处理党内主要矛盾,关键在于进行制度创新,建立制度化的权力制衡机制和科学的利益整合机制,使党内外各种利益群体协调发展,各尽其能、各得其所而又和谐相处。In the new historical period , due to the deep changes in the party＇ s position , responsibility ,construction environment and historical orientation , there are have occurred new changes which totally different from the past to the main contradictions within internal party , and the interests conflicts have become a main contradictions within internal party. Systematically defects are the most momentous springhead of causing the inner - party contradictions. The key of accurately deal with the inner - party main contradictions lies in innovating the system , setting up systematized withdraw mechanism for the authority and scientific organism for the interests conformity , and in making the various interests groups in internal or external party to coordinately develop , each one to do the best, each one is in proper place and being coexist.
