摘　　要：目的:探讨宫颈癌术前行动脉介入化疗患者的临床疗效及护理方法。方法:采用以顺铂为主的化疗方案,对38例患者做好各项化疗准备工作和常规护理,严密观察和护理化疗不良反应及并发症,并加强心理护理。结果:近期症状缓解率达76.32%,近期治疗有效率达81.58%,手术切除率达94.74%。2例患者因晚期宫颈癌行化疗后放疗。结论:对宫颈癌患者手术前行动脉介入化疗并加强护理,可提高治疗有效率及症状缓解率,为后续手术治疗创造良好条件。Objective ： To investigate the clinical efficacy of neoadjuvant intra - arterial chemotherapy for patients with cervical cancer before operation and corresponding nursing methods. Methods： Cisplatin - based chemotherapy regiment was applied to 38 patients, and preparations before chemotherapy and routine nursing care were carried out. The adverse reactions and complications due to chemotherapy were carefully observed and treated in time and psychological care was strengthened at the same time. Results： The short- term remission rate came to 76.32% ; the short- term effective rate was 81.58% ; surgical resection rate was 94.74%. Two patients received radiotherapy after chemotherapy for advanced cervical cancer. Conclusion ： Preoperative neoadjuvant intra -arterial chemotherapy combined with enhanced nursing care can improve treatment efficiency and remission rates, which will provide the patients favorable conditions for the follow - up surgery.
