摘　　要：目的评价妇科联检对阴道分泌物常规检测的临床应用价值。方法对804例门诊女性阴道分泌物样本用妇科联检试剂进行pH、过氧化氢、白细胞酯酶、唾液酸苷酶、脯氨酸氨基肽酶、乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶5项指标联合检测,结合运用染色镜检进行比对判断乳酸杆菌、白细胞、细菌性阴道病(BV)、滴虫、念珠菌。结果乳酸杆菌、白细胞、BV、滴虫和念珠菌检验结果的符合率分别为99.8%、89.0%、99.6%、98.0%、89.5%。结论过氧化氢浓度可替代阴道乳酸杆菌镜检判断;白细胞酯酶可提示阴道炎;唾液酸苷酶及脯氨酸氨基肽酶可作为BV诊断的可行依据;乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶结合pH值提示可能滴虫性或念珠菌性阴道炎感染。Objective This study was performed to evaluate the clinical significance of vaginitis multitest for regular tests on vaginal secretions.Methods Total 804 vaginal secretion samples were tested on vaginitis multitest for the simultaneous detection of pH,hydrogen peroxide,leukocyte esterase,neuraminidase,proline aminopeptidase and N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase.Then compared with microscopic test results from Gram stained sample smears for the determination of Lactobacillus,leukocyte,bacterial vaginosis（BV）, trichomoniasis vaginitis （ TV）, candida vaginitis （CV）. Results it was found that concordance for Lactobacillus, leukocyte, BV, TV, CV was 99.8%, 89.0%, 99.6%, 98.0% and 89.5%, respectively. Conclusion Hydrogen peroxide concentration could act as a sensitive indicator of the status of vaginal flora and could replace the microscopic test of Lactobacillus, the presence of leukocyte esterase indicate viginitis. Neuraminidase and proline aminopeptidase could aid in the detection of BV. The combination of N - acetyl - β - D - glucosaminidase and pH indicates the possible infection with TV or CV.
