摘  要:对大穗小麦籽粒灌浆特性与粒重形成的关系进行了研究。①用11种函数方程对8个大穗小麦品系及2个对照品种的灌浆数据进行拟合,结果表明,大穗小麦品系粒干重积累曲线为三次正交多项式,对照品种为Logistic方程,决定系数>0.97;②在不同密度和播期下,大穗小麦的平均灌浆速率分别比对照降低6.63%和13.38%,灌浆持续期与对照差异不大;③大穗小麦粒重主要由平均灌浆速率决定,持续期作用次之,籽粒体积、充实指数和叶功能期对粒重也有重要的正向效应。Filling data of 8 big spike wheat lines and 2 CK were imitated by equations of 11 function, the results showed that: ① Grain dry weight accumulation curves of all big spike wheat lines were cube polynomial, however, those of CK were logistic equations. Coefficients of determination were higher than 0.97. ② In different seeding densities and times, average filling rate of big spike wheat was 6.63% ̄ 13.38% lower than that of CK in two years, there was no clear difference in duration of filling. ③ Grain filling rate was the first factor determining seed weight of big spike wheat, filling duration was secondary. Seed dry weight was positively influenced by seed volume, filling index and sustained period of green leaf.
