Effect of Genotype and Air Temperature on the Expression of Shaan 2A Cytoplasmic Male Sterility in Winter Rape ( Brassica napus L.)

摘  要:以7个同质(陕2A胞质)异核不育系为试材,研究了基因型及开花前5~16d气温(日平均气温,日最高气温,日最低气温)对CMS育性的影响。结果表明,这7个不育系间MSI存在显著差异,不育系209A的MSI值仅有0.250,而不育系182A则达1.350,其它5个不育系的MSI值介于二者之间;开花前气温对不同不育系MSI影响程度不同,除不育系195A外,其它6个不育系MSI都与开花前气温有关,且气温对不同不育系雄蕊发育的影响时期亦不同。The effects of seven genotypes with the same cytoplasm(Shaan 2A cytoplasm) and different nuclei and air temperatures(day mean temperature, day highest temperature and day lowest temperature) during day prior to flowering on the fertility expression of CMS line were studied in the experiment. The results showed that, there existed significant differences among seven male sterile lines with Shaan 2A cytoplasm in their male sterility index (MSI),MSI of the male sterile line 209A only was 0.250, but MSI of the male sterile line 182A was 1.350, MSI of five other male sterile lines were between that of 209A and 182A; The air temperature prior to flowering had different effects on the different male sterile lines, execept male sterile line 195A, MSI of six other male sterile lines had close relationship with air temperature in the field prior to flowering and the time of air temperture effects of anther development was different in different male sterile lines.
