摘　　要：子宫肌瘤是临床常见病、多发病,属中医"癥瘕"范畴。本文主要从中医辨证论治角度对子宫肌瘤的治疗采取分型论治,并强调要以理气活血,化瘀消癥为主,辅以扶正固本,祛痰除湿,益气养阴之法;治疗中要徐图缓攻,衰其大半而止,并注重后期调护,坚持巩固用药。As a kind of gynecological mass in abdomen, hysteromyoma is a common ailment and frequently occurring disease. The paper proposes to cure hysteromyoma according to different types from TCMS dialectic treatment and emphasizes the priority of regulating Qi and activating blood, with the supplement of strengthening the body, consolidating the constitution, expectorating, relieving rheumatism, adding Qi and nourishing Yin. Treatment needs to be planned gradually and stops at proper time. Later period nursing and further medicine taking are also necessary.
