摘　　要：本文论述了核电站运行过程核安全的重要性,探讨了核电站潜在危机风险的识别、评估、预防及控制问题,提出了核电站危机管理的模型和决策、反应的管理体系。The importance of nuclear safety in the operation of nuclear power stations is discussed, and the issue of identification, assessment, prevention and controlling the potential risks are explored in this paper. The related crisis management model and the decision-making and reaction management system of nuclear power stations are proposed.
